An Autumn Gift
I am a lucky gal. Another friend has bestowed upon me a delightful surprise gift. A beautiful, hand-sewn apron arrived in the mail the other day. Not just any apron, this one has an Autumn/Halloween theme and I just love it. Please forgive the following photos; I could not figure out a good way to photograph the apron.
Oh my gosh, this is a little blurry, but I wanted to show off how beautifully this was put together, with its quilty squares. Please click on photos for a closer look.
The top part of the apron has this great Halloween scenery. Isn't it fabulous?
This sweet sentiment is sewn in just below the top of the apron.
Here's a close up of the squares that make up the rest of the front of the apron.
The back of the apron is a mysterious scene of ferns and foliage in these marvelous shades of blacks and grays.
