It seems the outage is over...the great blogger outage. I am sure it could have been a lot worse and a lot longer. Anyhoo, it is good to have everyone back; and it appears we didn't lose posts, though I did lose some comments before I could publish them.
Plans for the weekend include garden "stuff", installing ceiling fans in the bedrooms, playing with dogs and watching the scary dvd "Paranormal Activity 2" (in the daylight only). The first Paranormal Activity movie freaked me out. So why watch the second one? Because I am an idiot!! LOL!

It was all problems with Blogger that made me change to Word Press. I had read Your thursday post and went back to comment when I just couldn´t find it :-) :-) I hope nothing more happens now!

Have fun being scared. I used to like that too but as I have gotten older, there are too many real things that give me the hebbie jebbies so I pass on the movie kind.
Yes, we all did survive the Crash of '11 on blogger. My casualtie were comments on Ry's post and the already prepared posts I had for Friday....oh well.

I'm still not a happy camper. I do a lot of spur of the moment writing and save as drafts. Worked on one article for hours on the 12th and that and another one have not been returned. Seems whatever mess they made of the drafts is staying that way, so I have to start all over again.

Linda, there are so many crap things in this world that are scary...I certainly don't watch slasher movies, and I dislike zombie/vampire genre. But ghostly stuff, I can't resist. Sorry you lost your Friday posts, bummer.
Christer, I remember you having problems with blogger. Wordpress seems to be working well for you. I hesitate to change, as it has taken me a long time to figure out using blogger. Hopefully we bloggers won't have another big issue anytime soon.
Mary - I, too, lost two of my posts during the Blogger Outage, but the good news, fortunatetly, was that I had saved them on my dashboard so all I actually had to do is re-post them.(the lost comments were a different matter).
But, as Robin had said, it could have been worse.

Yay for Blogger being back! Yay for them restoring most of the posts.. boo.. one of my friends had just started a blog last week and it completely disappeared :(
I have to say I'm glad I didn't watch Paranormal Activity.. seems like everyone had the same reaction to it.. and lol.. you aren't an idiot, just a glutton for punishment!

I lost a lot of comments myself and I just hate it. I didn't want to read any blogs knowing I couldn't post a comment because I'm just anal. I knew I'd be dying to leave a comment, intend to return to leave said comment, forget which blogs I intended to get back to with comments and drive myself a little more crazy than I am on any given day, ;-)
