Dreaded Motor Vampires ooops, I mean, the Division of Motor Vehicles had me in their grips for what seemed like hours today. Their benches are very very hard. But I am once again legal to drive so all is well. I have a bunch of stuff to tell you about, but that will have to wait till tomorrow, due to brain drain from the whole experience. I have an outdoor altar and new firepit to show you, a new book to review, and a wedding garden update.
LOL! Take heart, Robin. I went through the very same ordeal last February when I had to renew mine ~ long, long, long line standing outside in the freezng weather outside the door! UGH!!!
As a Notary, I personally HATE dealing with the DMV for car title transfers, etc. Never any fun, trust me! ;)
Maybe too late, but can't you renew online? Just curious. You can do so many other DMV things there, I would think you could renew, too! Sorry about the brain drain. Been there. Exhausting.
D.M.V. is the pits. And to think of it, I once had a job where I had to deal with them everyday getting car registrations for people who didn't want to go themselves. That's how bad it is here in the city. People would rather pay than go themselves. LOL!!! Mary
DMV is a bottomless pit of despair where the forsaken are trapped for all eternity. Or until their number is called. Glad your legal again and can't wait to see the pics!
