Three Days Away

So, yesterday the sump pump in the basement malfunctioned and there was a flood. It was raining like crazy most of the day. We have guests arriving beginning today. A wedding in three days. Don't worry, be happy, as the song goes.

The center pieces for the reception are done, waiting to be packed up. (sorry for the poor photo).

I still need to get shoes for the wedding. My friend, Dee loaned me a beautiful necklace and an evening purse.

I think Raethan has things under control. She still had a list of "to-do's", but handling it well. I am not sure how the groom is. Maybe a little nervous by this point.

We have a good supply of tissue, so we are ready!!

Except I need shoes!!
