Monday, Monday

Welcome to a new week. A typical Monday though. Hard to get wound up, especially with cold gray snowy weather. Means we have to cheer up the inside. Music, fireplace, good reads, a nap on the Tower of Terror.

And thoughts of warm weather out at AutumnWood.

Ahhhh, good happy times!

Today I am going to try out my new mortar and pestle.

You know, I can never remember which is the mortar and which is the pestle!! Same with the meanings of concave and convex and other such word combos. Anyhoo, I love that it has three legs, just like my cauldrons.

Happy Monday, everyone, if that is possible!! Must fly.    Robin

great looking M&P! the mortar is the bowl. concave has a cave in it so it is always the one that turns inward.i need a bonfire!

Happy Monday to you as well. Love seeing your pictures. Your babies have gotten so big. It's obvious how comfortable and happy they are.

Happy Monday Robin! I have similar mortar and pestle only mine doesn't have those cool legs that yours does. I believe the mortar is the dish and the pestle is the other. :)

Man, that mortar and pestle is big enough for Baba Yaga herself to fly around in!

Cold and snowy here too now, the first real winter this winter to be honest so I don't think I can complain :-)

The fire is burning in the stove and the cocoa will be ready in a few minutes :-)

Have a great day!

Oh this made me laugh! I love the tower of terror and it's residents. LOL. I don't know which is which (or witch) either, but I think the bowl is the mortar. I'm that way with 'former' and 'latter'. Have to really think about it.... Your property is looking great as is the fam. Ann
