Hello, Winter!

On the second day of Winter, my true love Mother Nature gave to me; 12 inches of snow overnight.

Through a glass darkly
Gwennie sheltering under the covered porch
Snowing and blowing
Kittens investigating their first snow (brought in by dogs)
Today is the perfect day for baking, playing great music, sipping hot chocolate and enjoying the comforts of a cozy home in winter.

I love looking at photos of snow, but we don't get snow here so have never lived with how cold it will be. Keep warm.

ooooohweee! Lots of snow Sistah!
WE only ended up with about 2.5 inches as most of it was slush and rain before all was said and done. The big snow's went north of us and I'm happy about that, lol.
Looks like the kitties are having fun though! :)
I'm off to bake some more! Enjoy your Saturday Robin...Big Hugs!

You got the snow Joyce wanted :-) :-) :-)
It has snowed here all day but still not even close to what You've gotten.

Have a great day!

Christer.

Real snow, Robin? Wow! Here in Cowtown it's like a Public Service announcement about global warming. Thankfully the early mornings have been colder... Have a wonderful week. I wish you peace and (whatelse?) joy.

Yes a beautiful snow really does bring out the baker in me and the snuggler in me needing to be by the woodfire too! xo
