I did some googling about gladiolus or glads. The beautiful summer flower on tall stems. They can be toxic to cats and dogs, but more so from eating the actual corm (as in the bulb). Regardless, I have removed the glads from the reach of the Kittens to be on the safe side.

It's always good to do some research...especially when one has two very nosy and mischievous little fur babies.

Never knew that! Thanks!
You're so good to your kittens. And with good reason....my neighbor gave me a poinsettia a few years ago, and before I could "spirit away" to someone else, Sunny Bunny had eaten one of the leaves. It sure was an expesive "gift". We all must do what it takes to keep our critters safe from themselves. xoxo Oma Linda
Pity. Such a beautiful flower!
Good to know! Thanks Robin ;o)
