Cats, Cake, Crunch, Key

Happy Friday! Cool, cloudy, showery today. And I certainly don't mind. The leaves are changing and the geese are flying south. It's Autumn!!

Traipsing to the vet this morning. The kittens scheduled for their second distemper shot. The little rascals are growing like crazy. The cat carrier is going to be somewhat heavier this trip.

Drumming circle tonight. This is always a magickal and energizing evening. My son's work schedule will allow him to attend with us this time. That makes me really happy.

My husband and I are getting tickets for the Home Opener of the Syracuse Crunch game. Ice hockey. Minor team, of course.  The ole National Hockey League apparently won't be playing for a while, curse them! But a hometown hockey game is always a blast and I usually end up screaming myself hoarse, lol! And I love me some funnel cake!

Official Hockey Game snack!

Big thanks to my darling friend, Jeanne. She sent me, out of the blue, a lovely fairy key chain, which will bring good fortune and protection. And, if I should come across a fairy door, the key just might open that door. As Jeanne said, "imagine the magickal possibilities"! Indeed. There was also an hilarious Cat Book in the package, called "It's a Cat's Life." Funny drawings and words. Thanks so much, Jeanne for the surprise!

Gotta run. Have a great day!

Love the Crunch logo, LOL! Glad to see there's a Canuck flag in your hockey rink too -- for visiting teams, I assume?

Enjoy your drumming circle tonight -- become One with the Universe!

Oh my stars....a hockey fan???? More in common than I suspected. Love hockey...love (pardon my phrase) a little blood on the ice. Always starts my heart pumping...all the screaming and yeah.
Hope your kitty's are goodies for you today at the vet. Hope you have a fabulous drumming and then....ice mania.

They are getting so big! Yes, I know that's what kittens do, it's always an amazing thing to see. I love funnel cakes too - I should probably skip the 'middle man' and just lather them on my thighs... But life's too short not to enjoy the things that bring us pleasure.

You are most welcome!
Enjoy that hockey! And have a bit of funnel cake for me! It's always so yummy. We may just have to console ourselves with minor league play this season.
And the 'babies' are sooooo big!
Have a wonderful weekend!

Oh Robin, I cannot believe how much those adorable kitties have grown! They are so beautiful. I am not a hockey fan, but I can eat funnel cake all day long. :-) Warmest hugs.

I love ice hockey too. Sometimes I attend the Lowell Lock Monsters games, always a great time.
