Mindful Monday

Snowing again.

The turkey is all gone.

Should have made two pumpkin pies.

We watched the animated movie, "Brave".  Really entertaining. Scottish accents, too.

Here's a cute picture of my son and daughter.

They have great smiles, don't they? And beautiful eyes.

A quiet, mindful Monday today. Lots to think about and plan.

Yule is coming.

Robin, I like the idea of Mindful Monday. You sure have some great looking kids! Taking the time to be mindful, to me, means taking the time to appreciate the present and extracting as much good from it as possible - it is a good mental health exercise. Now, I've got to go take grandma out for some fun - Ann

Raing and blowing over here but it will turn to snow on Thursday. Can't say I'm looking forward to it :-) :-) :-)

Have a great day!

I love "Brave" -- it's such a terrific movie! I had to see it twice to understand everything that was said though, because of those thick accents, LOL.

Beautiful family - you do good work! I've spend the day cleaning for the upcoming visits and celebrations so I'm busy, busy, but! You have snow... now I've got weather envy. Sigh. Enjoy this time.

Cute kids. Wish I could send you over some turkey. We are getting sick of it!

You have such beautiful children. I've no turkey left either. I DO have lots of containers of turkey soup which should be my work lunches for the next month. But, I love turkey and we basically only have it once a year so I am doing it right. They say we have a bit of snow coming tomorrow.

Glad you got to spend Thanksgiving with your babies (they are cuties). I got to see mine this past weekend, too. I've waited for "Brave" to come out on DVD so I can watch it with closed captioning.

I love the idea of a mindful Monday, it's typically my least favorite day of the week and could sure use some new perspective. Your kids are a great looking pair; their smiles touch their eyes and make everyone else smile too, I'm sure.

They made me, anyways. :)

We're out of turkey but I've still got ambrosia and cheesecake left. Mm mm.
