A little snow fell over night, and I am hoping that may be one of the last of the season. March is always so capricious that way. Gets your hopes up for spring, then covers those hopes with snow and ice. But there are migratory birds returning, such as grackles and red-winged blackbirds. We move our clocks ahead an hour this weekend, and Ostara, the Spring Equinox is in just a week.
Keeping watch on the latest news from Japan. My heart is breaking for all the suffering and devastation. The human spirit is strong and will carry on, I know.
Here's a photo I found on the web....a serene scene.
Wishing everyone a peaceful weekend.

I know what you mean, we are only now starting to see signs of Spring here in PA. Although the geese are beginning to return in large flocks - so cool!
Enjoy your weekend!
Migrating birds are coming here too and spring can be felt in the air :-) But even April can give lots of snow here even if spring already has started.
It´s terrible what is happening in Japan! I can´t even imagine how terrible it must have been and still are there.
Christer.
Oh yes - March. We went for a walk and on the way back we were in a snowstorm. I guess we'll just have to believe that Spring is on it's way!! Hang in there!
All of our snow had melted, birds were flitting about, and then we got dumped on hard the other night...I am so anxious for Spring to come.
