Honeysuckle in bloom (clicking on photos will make them larger)

Bridal Veil Spirea

Iris

Dwarf Alberta Spruce with an odd growth on top

Hostas are glorious this year
Today is kind of a quiet day; it's cloudy, cool, threatening thunderstorms. Working around the house, reading, doing some container gardening. Even the dogs are sleepy. Maybe time for some coffee!  Catch you later!!

Robin, I love all your photos! Your hostas are huge! I guess all that rain, is doing some good! I love that odd growth on your Alberta spruce! I guess you can't call it a dwarf anymore ;o) Are you going to leave it that way? Have a wonderful day!

My irises are finally showing buds now :-)and my hosta´s are soon as beautiful as Yours are.

But You must get rid of that different top on Alberta! If You let that continue to grow You´ll get an ordinary spruce instead. Alberta is a mutation of a normal spruce but she isn´t always stabile and sometimes old common spruce branches starts to grow. So if You want Alberta to look like she´s supposed to You must remove those branches.

Have a great day!
Christer.
