My husband does not like asparagus. But he is out of town this week, and that gives me the opportunity to eat foods he won't touch with a 10-foot pole!! So my brother and I dined on Spargel last night. Asparagus, ham, gouda topped with a fried egg. Thanks so much to jaz for her wonderful German recipe.
